Job Title: Employment Key Worker

Salary: £26,500

Location: Permanent office-based role covering Huyton and/or St Helens

As an Employment Key Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering, engaging, and supporting participants to achieve sustainable employment. Your focus will be on building effective rapport and providing intensive support to individuals on their journey to securing meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-to-one and group-based job search support, ensuring participants receive personalized assistance.
  • Assist participants in creating impactful CVs and boost their confidence for successful interviews.
  • Identify and address barriers such as household income concerns, participant health and wellbeing, and caregiving responsibilities that may impact their progress toward employment.
  • Signpost participants to mental and physical health support, relevant workshops, and external organizations for specialized assistance.

As a Key Worker, You Will:

  • Have experience working in a performance target-driven environment.
  • Be confident in delivering both one-to-one and group-based interventions.
