Job Description: As an HPC Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), you’ll be part of a global edge-to-cloud company that advances the way people live and work. We are seeking individuals who can design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for enhancements and new products. In this role, you will contribute to various aspects of software development, including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools. The position involves collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design limited enhancements, updates, and programming changes for systems software.
- Analyze designs and determine coding, programming, and integration activities.
- Execute and write portions of testing plans, protocols, and documentation.
- Identify and debug issues with code, suggesting changes or improvements.
- Participate as a member of a project team to develop solutions for assigned systems or subsystems.
- Collaborate and communicate with development partners on software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in software engineering.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in software systems design tools and languages.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Designing software systems running on multiple platform types.
- Software systems testing methodology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay Range: $87,000.00 – $200,500.00 (Actual offer may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level.)
