About the Role: Joining a remote-working team, you’ll play a key role in improving and extending Accredible’s software services. Encouraged to actively contribute to technical design decisions and mentor other developers, your influence extends within your team and throughout the global Accredible development community. Main Focuses – What You’ll Work On:
- Designing and driving new changes to enhance service performance.
- Collaborating with junior software engineers to guide them in design thinking and code implementation.
- Innovating and contributing to the technical roadmap for ongoing improvements.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise – Your Areas of Expertise:
- Over 5 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, with exposure to technologies like Kafka, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch considered a plus.
- Experience in building API-driven applications or endpoints.
- Proficiency in PgSQL, Redis, and/or ElasticSearch.
- In-depth understanding of database concepts and object modeling, with advanced experience in PgSQL (e.g., query optimization, index management).
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and utilize new information.
- Strong design and architecture skills.
