As a Team Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in influencing, motivating, and guiding a team while driving the shop forward. You contribute to the overall performance of our unique brand through exceptional shopkeeping and line management skills.
Being a proactive role model for delivering superb customer service, you oversee the shop floor to ensure our customers have the best experience. At times, you manage the entire day-to-day operation to optimize sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and minimize wastage. Equally, you promote a culture of continuous learning and deliver an outstanding Partner experience by unlocking their full potential.
Job Requirements:
Ensuring consistently high levels of availability and exceptional merchandising standards, you’ll also deliver an efficient, legal, and secure store operation, taking responsibility for operational activity.
Required Essential Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Experience of supervising a team in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.
