Description: As a Technical Specialist, your role involves helping new Apple owners get started and supporting current users with quick, efficient assistance. Building strong, positive relationships with customers is at the core of your responsibilities. Whether providing on-the-spot advice for iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices or referring customers to support team members, you leverage your knowledge of current Apple technology. Personalized training for new customers, especially on photo, video, and music projects, is also part of your expertise.
